Stetson Valley Pool Resurfacing
Plaster, pebble and quartz finishes planned for Stetson Valley pools.
Stetson Valley is a northwest Phoenix community off Happy Valley Road and 51st Avenue, with greenbelts, trails into the nearby hills and single- and two-story homes.
Many Stetson Valley pools are newer, and their first finish is often the builder's standard plaster. Owners resurfacing here tend to choose quartz or fine pebble for longer life.
The City of Phoenix tells homeowners to drain pool water into the sanitary sewer cleanout. It says not to drain into the street, onto neighboring yards or into nearby washes. Every drain-down we run goes to the cleanout.
Builder plaster replaced with a tougher finish.
Shallow ledges resurfaced with the pool.
Gray or blue finishes for a deeper water tone.
Not if the finish is already rough or stained. Some builder finishes wear quickly in Phoenix water.
Most HOAs don't regulate pool finish color, but we're glad to work within any guidelines you have.
